Registration Rates
Note: All rates are inclusive of a full day of conference programming, lunch, and evening reception on Thursday, and access to tours on Friday (available on first come basis).
General Payment and Cancellation Notes
Payments:
- Registration payments are required to be paid in US Dollars (USD), at the listed rates, irrespective of daily exchange rate fluctuations.
- Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. Your place will not be held if a registration item sells out before payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
- A 100% refund, minus a US$50 refund fee (per attendee) will be given if written notice of cancellation is received by 5 March 2026.
- No refund will be given for cancellation after 5 March 2026 due to costs incurred by CTBUH for each attendee at that late date.
- Refunds for registering 1) at the incorrect rate, 2) prior to utilizing an eligible comp, 3) for add-on programs when keeping the core ticket, will be subject to a refund fee of 5% of the amount eligible for refund.
- No refunds will be given for those who do not attend the conference.
- If you can no longer attend the conference, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague without penalty.
